Monthly Board Meetings --

• Board meetings are held monthly.  Presently, board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the each
  

  month from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the DeWitt Library. 

• Members are encouraged to attend.  Minutes from monthly board meetings are available to LGPOA members upon request.
  

 

• Please contact the President if you would like to add an issue to the agenda. 
  

• Please read the newsletter and check our website in the event of a change of date, time, or location.
  

Annual Membership Meeting --

• The annual meeting is held on the second Wednesday in March. 
  

• Members will receive notice at least 14 days prior to the Annual meeting providing the date, time, and location. 
  

• The President and Committee Chairs will discuss the state of the LGPOA. 
  

• Members are encouraged to attend, ask questions, provide information and opinions, and let the Board know of issues needing attention. 
  

• Elections are held for the Board of Directors. 
  

• In order to make certain that your interests are known,attending this meeting should be a priority of all members.
