Monthly Board Meetings  

Please Join us for the following monthly meetings of the LGPOA Board of Directors:

• Board meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month. 
  

• They typically occur at the Dewitt High School Media Center, but make sure to check this website or the LGPOA Facebook page for any changes in location.
  

• Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, many meetings have been held virtually. Be sure to check this website or the LGPOA Facebook page for any changes in location.
  

• Members are encouraged to attend and keep informed about LGPOA happenings.  
  

• Please contact the President if you would like to add an issue to the agenda.
  

 Annual Membership Meeting 

• The annual meeting is held on the second Wednesday in March.   
  

• Members will receive notice at least 14 days prior to the Annual meeting providing the date, time, and location. 
  

• The President and Committee Chairs will discuss the state of the LGPOA.  
  

• Members are encouraged to attend, ask questions, provide information and opinions, and let the Board know of issues needing attention.  
  

• Elections are held for the Board of Directors.  
  

• In order to make certain that your interests are known, attending this meeting should be a priority of all members.
