The Annual (unofficial) Boat Parade
An Independence Day Boat Parade was started in 2006 by Association members. Below are a few pictures from some of the prior boat parades. Though this is not an official Association function, participation grew by word of mouth over several years. People decorate their boats and join the parade, or have fun cheering on their favorite boats from the beaches while enjoying a holiday cookout at the parks. Click on a picture for a larger view.
